I’m reading a new book all about burnout! It was talking all about stress responses - fight, flight, and freeze - and how these responses FLOOD your body with chemicals EVERY day cuz we experience these STRESSES every single day.

But here’s the kicker - we have NO WAY of releasing that stress from our body...𝗨𝗡𝗟𝗘𝗦𝗦 𝗪𝗘 𝗠𝗢𝗩𝗘 𝗜𝗧! So many of us feel in a constant state of BURNOUT cuz we’re not giving our body a release from all the stress hormones we experience day in and day out...
