#104 - STUCK? It's Time to Give Yourself Some DAMN PERMISSION...

Summary

I don't know about you, but I've felt STUCK lately...and I've been judging myself for it...

It started a few weeks ago. I did a Quarterly Business Review with a friend for the first time ever and all I could think was "Oh my God! Some biz owner you are...you've never even DONE something like this before..."

Then, not long after that, I saw all this stuff online about "Be the CEO. Have a CEO mindset!" and it caught my eye again. But with another heaping dose of "Ummm...I don't even know what that means...wow, I'm such a failure!"

I've felt stuck. I've felt defeated. I haven't felt like my best self, and I have had a hard time reigning in the shit talk as it surfaced.

But then this weekend I took part in a summit and during this summit she had us do an exercise that changed everything. It was an exercise that revealed not only my stuckness but why it was happening, that gave me permission to be vulnerable with myself and acknowledge what I'd been hiding, and it gave me permission to step up and step in to all of the fears that I'd been protecting myself from!

In this week's episode, we're going to be talking about that stuckness. I'm going to get raw and real and share the letter that I wrote myself. And I'm going to give you some tangible steps for what you can do to give yourself some damn permission too!
