I used to say “I hate silence” all the time. It wasn’t just not liking it. I flat out hated it. But why? Why is that? In this episode, I’m going to dive into some of the reasons I think we don’t like silence AND why I’ve been completely converted to embracing and flat-out loving silence in my life!
